
Refund and Return Policy – NETTOPTOPIS

At NETTOPTOPIS, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
✅ Unworn and unwashed
✅ In their original condition with tags attached
✅ Returned in the original packaging
Please note that clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email info@nettoptopis.xyz or call 307-621-0431 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2️⃣ Return Instructions – Our team will provide you with return details, including the return address. Please send the item back within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you contact us. Once your original item is returned, we will process and ship the new item. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a store credit or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
🚫 Clearance or sale items
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Be sure to include clear photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.
7. Return Shipping Costs
📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
📦 We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

✔ Contact your credit card provider or bank, as refunds may take additional time to post.
